We are now limiting the number of customers in the shop at any one time. Only one customer (or one couple or one small family group) will be allowed in the shop at any one time.
We are now accepting telephone and email orders that can be collected at the door. To place your order please call 0121 449 1449, but please remember that our staff are very busy and be patient if the phone is engaged. Alternatively, place your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Payment will be by credit or debit card at the door. Most of our product range is available to view at http://www.indigowholefoods.co.uk.
We are now asking all customers to pay by credit or debit card and, for purchases below £30, use the contactless function, if you have it. Please do not hand your card to our staff members.
Do not hand your loyalty card to our staff. Hold the card with the barcode showing for our staff to scan.
Staff will wipe the counter and the card machine between customers. Please be patient and do not place items on the counter until it has been wiped.
When showing customers items on the shelves, staff members will refrain from picking up the items, instead pointing them out to customers.
Please understand that staff members will need to wash their hands frequently during this time and be patient when they need to do so.
We are suspending our new recycling service until further notice.
This advice will be updated as necessary.
In order to mitigate some of the supply side issues and to allow as many customers as possible to get some of the shopping they want we are implementing a policy of 2 items per customer, per line with the exception of hand sanitiser which is 1 item per customer.
